Jamie Carragher has slammed Dominik Szoboszlai for being unprofessional after his goal-scoring challenge in the Reds’ derby on Saturday.
Liverpool had plenty of chances to add to their tally but the best came when Hungarian playmaker Szoboszlai was face. With a free-kick to score a fourth but took a couple of touches before United’s defenders intervened.
The 23-year-old’s chance of the season could be his first as Liverpool move top of the Premier League after four games.

Liverpool comfortably thrashed their arch-rivals Manchester United 3-0 on Sunday courtesy of a brace from Luis Diaz and a goal from Mohamed Salah. Diaz handed the Reds a two-goal lead in the first half while Salah increased their tally shortly after the second half commenced. Szoboszlai had a golden chance to score the fourth goal when he was presented with an open goal.

Manchester United legend Gary Neville. Was also left bewildered by the move. He added: “Is he joking? He should definitely be joking with other team-mates. That’s freedom. It’s something they do in training and get criticised for. And the game at Old Trafford is no joke.”
